If you are not 100% happy with your art piece, you can return it to us for a full refund within the first month. Just call us to let us know.

Returns and Refunds:

We ask you to responsibly repack and ship the return so that it arrives safely. We encourage drop-offs when possible. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. A full and prompt refund will be made when the item is returned in good condition. You will reveive your refund in the same form of payment used to place your order. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Important to Know:

Bill’s Retro Robots are not toys! We do not recommend allowing young children to handle these art pieces. They are not designed for play and can sometimes have rough edges, ancient and questionable paint, and pieces that could be pried off and swallowed. Please keep them out of reach of young children.
